Analysis of four Modules

In the career module, we analyze which factors in your company have an influence on the career development of your employees. Some groups may be more advantaged than others. So-called career gaps are uncovered in this module and ways in which you can reduce them are identified.

The working time module provides you with information about the working hours of different groups of employees and how these can lead to inequalities.

In the area of salary, the wages and salaries of your employees are examined with regard to possible pay gaps. You receive detailed evaluations of the causes of pay gaps and precise options for action to reduce them.

Further training and personal development also play a role in the world of work. The training module reveals whether certain groups in your company benefit more or less from training measures and shows you concrete solutions on how you can reduce possible inequalities.
