Analysis of four Modules
In the career module, we analyze which factors in your company have an influence on the career development of your employees. Some groups may be more advantaged than others. So-called career gaps are uncovered in this module and ways in which you can reduce them are identified.

The software offers the advanced and interactive “Options for Actions” function. Based on your data analysis, you will receive concrete measures that you can implement in your company to reduce possible gaps. For module, there are a number of actions that you can edit individually to adapt them to your goals.
